Chisholm Property LTD was founded with a vision to build generational wealth and financial security for our own family and the families of our investors.

How we invest
Buy - renovate - refinance - repay
Buy the property below market value (BMV).
Renovate the property to add value.
Either sell the property or refinance to release the equity.
Repay the investment plus the interest.
Our Qualifications
Our director, Phil has been a qualified engineer since 2009, working on rail and marine projects around the world whilst managing buy-to-let property in between work assignments.
Since March 2023 he has invested in himself and the company, being mentored by Steven Green of 'The Property Investment Academy' to further professionalise our organisation.
